Among them, the technological achievements of "Key Technologies and Applications of Smart Grid Digital Measurement System" declared by Lei Min, Yin Xiaodong, and others from China Electric Power Research Institute Co., Ltd. won the first prize of the Electric Power Innovation Award.As the fundamental sensing node for voltage, current, and energy in the power grid, the metering system is the foundation and important component of the digital transformation of the power grid. With the development of smart grids, the reliable measurement capability of measurement systems is insufficient, and the efficiency of data fusion applications is low, making it difficult to support the demand for massive and accurate measurement data in the digital transformation of power grids. It is urgent to conquer the key technologies of digital measurement systems in power grids.It is understood that China Electric Power Research Institute Co., Ltd. has established a digital measurement technology research team since 2012, carrying out technological innovation in three aspects: measurement system architecture, measurement traceability system, and data fusion application. It proposes a self calibrated digital centralized measurement system architecture to overcome the problem of real-time self monitoring and self calibration of system level measurement data; Propose a digital quantity traceability method based on quantum technology and a "mode Hermitian" transient verification method, greatly improving the accuracy of traceability; Invented electric energy analysis technology based on high-speed synchronous sampling and logic judgment of power flow distribution, achieving precise measurement of electric energy in power systems with wide dynamic range and fast time-varying characteristics. As a result, the establishment of a digital metrology traceability system in China has been promoted, providing accurate measurement values for high-voltage measurements in various industries such as power, railways, and aerospace.At present, relying on the achievements of this project, the research team has carried out measurement value transmission and on-site testing in internal medicine research institutes, military enterprises, production and manufacturing enterprises, and power grids nationwide, and unified the national measurement value; Support the construction of major projects such as the Zhangbei Rouzhi Project, the construction of Shanghai World Expo Park, ± 1100kV DC transmission, and the construction of a national intelligent substation digital measurement system, effectively ensuring the safe and stable economic operation of major projects in China; Promoted and applied by users in large-scale metallurgical industries such as Shaanxi Meixin and Shanxi Yangquan, digital measurement trade settlement has been achieved for the first time in China, promoting the legal construction of digital measurement systems.
